Like autumn leaves, thoughts fall where they will. A gentle flow, one by one. A great fall, together in a rush. In these two blogs you'll find these thoughts gathering as they fall in my Writing Journal or A Pleasant Place.
Our world can be a confusing and chaotic place. It can be ugly and painful. It can be a place I want to hide from. Writing helps me make sense out of the confusion. Helps me remember peace within the chaos. It helps me see the beauty hidden amongst the pain. Helps me awaken once again to a new dawn. Writing helps me remember God is alive and He is at work. As the words fall I find hope, faith, and love renew. As the words fall I remember why I teach, why I love this world that is my home, why I love the people in it, and why I have hope for the future.
